For 55 years, the Green Family Foundation and Firstrust Bank have provided a pathway to achieving higher education for civic-minded high school seniors in the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley regions through the Samuel A. Green Scholarship Program. During a celebration last week at the Firstrust Bank Club at Lincoln Financial Field, the Green Family Foundation and Firstrust Bank awarded $360,000 to 18 college-bound students.

Academy at Palumbo senior Hae Paw was one of four Philadelphia graduating seniors who were awarded scholarships to support the first two years of their college education from the Green Family Foundation and Firstrust Bank as part of the 54th Annual Samuel A. Green Scholarship Program.

Dozens of First State prospective college students are receiving financial help through scholarships.

The Green Family Foundation and Firstrust Bank recently awarded 24 high school seniors from Greater Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley with $365,000 in college scholarships at the 54th annual Samuel A. Green Scholarship Program ceremony.
